Our real-time rate calculator figures the shipping cost based on the weight of the items in the package, the desired shipping speed, which carrier is being used, and where the package is going. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 in the lower 48 states.

Some shipping methods do not calculate shipping automatically, including international sculpture orders. If you are trying to place an order and a shipping method does not appear automatically, please contact us and we will calculate the shipping for you.

The cost of shipping does not include international import taxes or tariffs. Any import costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note, in many countries, if your order is a gift, it will ship tax and tariff free.

Orders usually ship the next business day after they are received. So if you place an order on Friday & select “2nd Day” shipping, the order should arrive at its destination on Wednesday. If you order on Monday & select “Priority”, it should arrive on Friday. Items shipped by Priority generally arrive within 2-3 business days, and USPS Ground Advantage can take 3-5 days. International shipments usually arrive within 6 to 10 days. Of course, all shipping times may differ depending on when you order and how far your package has to travel. During holiday seasons, shipping may be delayed, due to the extremely high volume of packages. Packages have sometimes taken a month or more to be delivered. If you order something for the winter holiday season, we recommend ordering as early as possible to receive it by the holidays.

 

Missing Packages Policy

If your package’s tracking information shows as “Delivered,” but has not yet arrived, don’t worry! More often than not, this means that the post office has accidentally scanned the package too soon, or the package was misplaced during delivery. It will usually show up in the next day or two. If you have been waiting a week or more, you may want to contact your local post office (if possible), or file a claim online.
